ENJOYMENT: It's funny, it has romance, it's not too hard to understand and isn't at all confusing. It's simple in some respects but very effective. And it's easy to connect to, so very much easy to enjoy. Shugo Chara!

Family. Ikuto Tsukiyomi: Utau is Ikuto's younger sister. Utau was deeply infatuated with him ever since she was a child, but over time her love for him turned romantic. Ikuto never returned her advances, and avoided her physical touch, seemingly repulsed by her incestual feelings.
The series is, after all, about attaining one's dreams, and - while avoiding the saccharine sweetness which could have easily consumed it - Shugo Chara! offers many heartwarming moments, which more often than not form a hugely satisfying conclusion to the episode.
Of note is Yuichi Nakamura 's performance as Ikuto Tsukiyomi, with his smooth, casual tones fitting the enigmatic bishounen to a tee.
Hinamori Amu is a stylish punk rock girl who is liked and feared by her peers, but there's just one problem: she's actually a shy and quiet girl who can't seem to drop her self-fabricated facade! But when Amu finds three eggs in her bed, she had no idea her life would change forever.
Although many of the jokes are repetitive, there is enough genuine wit on display to ensure at least one honest chuckle per episode. Surprisingly for a show that isn't primarily a comedy, Shugo Chara ! has a habit of springing jokes at the most unexpected times, including during serious story moments and intense fights.
It won the 2008 Kodansha Manga Award for best children's manga. Shugo Chara! has also been adapted into a fifty-one episode anime television series of the same title produced by Satelight under the direction of Kenji Yasuda and debuted on October 6, 2007 on TV Tokyo.
The first ending is "Bravo! Bravo!". performed by Buono!. Crunchyroll announced on November 19, 2008 that it will be streaming Shugo Chara! with English subtitles along with other anime series from TV Tokyo. On August 25, 2009, Anime News Network reported that a new series will premiere in Japan on October 3, 2009.

Sailor Moon and Shugo Chara! are so similar, it is nearly insane : there is the concept of purifying a person's soul (in Shugo Chara! it's eggs, in Sailor Moon it's hearts), it is the constant battle of good versus evil, the magical girl concept, etc. If you liked one, you're guaranteed to love the other.
Though the Shugo Chara series has more action, mentions romance often, and has a lot more outfit changes than you can count; and Yumeiro Patissiere focuses on food and combining different cultures, the two are quite similar.
The most obvious relationship between the two are the presence of tiny littly chibis. Their roles are little differrent though. In Shugo Chara the chibis are their person's would-be-self. In Yumeiro Patissiere the chibis are spirits who help out their person in cooking.
