Mile was blessed by God with the average strength of all the creatures in the other world; meaning she is half as strong as the world's strongest being: the Elder Dragon King.
Kurihara Misato was a little more capable than other high school girls, and as a result, she was always alone and couldn't live her life the way she wanted. When she was reincarnated in another world after a tragic accident, she wanted a chance to make normal friends and live a normal life. So she asked God for one thing...
This show is a trainwreck for a number of reasons. Firstly, all the fanservice and boobs jokes have an extreme ick factor. The main protagonist is TWELVE YEARS OLD and another recurring child character who falls victim to this is only TEN. There's even a bizarre lesbian pedophile who collects girls and wants to add the 12 year-old to her harem.
this is a really interesting point; the way I understood it, the author picked up the weakest human value, the strongest dragon value, and divided by two. Basically he did what all analytics professors tells you not to do.

Adele Van Ascham is the main character of the series who was once a Japanese girl named Misato Kurihara. For a long time, she had no memories of her previous life, but after she gets a very bad headache one day, all of her memories come back to her. Back when she was Misato, she had no friends at all and would always be absorbed within herself. In appearance, Adele has long purple hair which she keeps tied up with pink ribbons. She has big blue eyes and when she goes out hunting, she usually wears a white dress with a brown shield.
For the most part of it, there is no end goal in the storyline of ‘Watashi, Nouryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta yo ne!’ and everything is driven by its pleasant characters.
But what does not make it a walking cliche is the way in which its entire plot has been panned out. When it comes to its characters, they’re all quite likable and all the childish gags that they pull-off are funny.
In the manga, the protagonist - Kaoru - is a self-proclaimed angel because she possesses cheats granted from the world's goddess when she was reincarnated. With the power and blessing of the goddess, she travels the world and grants help to those in need.
This is significant because Mile becomes a direct reference - a tribute - to this sister manga. While rescuing a young boy thrown in the way of a princess' carriage, Mile claims herself the vessel of a goddess and demonstrates her great power.
