And that's a little messed up, because there's a ton of great dubbed anime out there. And wouldn't you know it, the comprehensive streaming service VRV just happens to be a treasure trove of it. Seriously, it's like a beautiful dubbed and subbed anime buffet. VRV is the Golden Corral of anime. I think Miyazaki said that.
VRV is a streaming service that specializes in anime and animation, but it also touches on gaming and technology. It collects a variety of on-demand libraries from other services and calls them “channels”—no live TV here, but at least the jargon is familiar. But if you don’t like change, VRV might be stressful for you.
Also, any foray into that seedy underbelly of anime known as the literal internet will reveal that people that prefer or even enjoy dubs are given a major side eye. On the other hand, people that only watch subtitled anime are apparently incapable of reproach. To quote Bakabon's Papa from Late night!
Apart from VRV Select, you can watch almost anything for free in 1080p with ads. It’s difficult to tell how many shows are available at any given time because its channels are in flux, but has 20,000 hours of content. Unfortunately, not every content is available for free.
But against Crunchyroll and FunimationNow, VRV has a fair fight. VRV’s plan is more expensive than its competition’s, but it comes with a lot more shows and movies through its different channels, which includes Crunchyroll’s content, FYI.
One reason you've told us that you love VRV is because we have anime both subbed AND dubbed. There are currently no options to change languages for dubbing or subs. Some episodes that are not originally in English have the English language dubbed over and some have written English subtitles. There are no options to change or select these. They are viewable as they are published by their respective channels.
Paying for a VRV Premium subscription gets you free access to Crunchyroll Premium's features — almost. One exception is the ability to switch between languages in the dubbing or subbing. If you want all of the benefits of a Crunchyroll subscription, you are better off getting it separately rather than bundled with VRV.
VRV is dead now only reason it was worth while was the select titles it had and now they are gone.
variable refrigerant volumeVRV (variable refrigerant volume) and VRF (variable refrigerant flow) are two different terms for the same technology.
In a blog post, Cunchyroll stated, “Funimation, which serves millions of anime fans in over 52 countries and 10 languages, will be unifying under the Crunchyroll brand. This move will include Funimation's subsidiary, Wakanim, as well as Crunchyroll's VRV to create one subscription service for our anime fans worldwide.”

The easiest way is to first put the show in your queue, then go to the show page, select the dub, which is kept as a separate "season", then start the first episode of that in the web player for about 30 seconds, after which you go to your queue in the app and it should play starting from there.
There isn't a button to change from sub to dub. Most shows on Crunchyroll are sub only. There are a few which are both, and in most cases you'll see the dub version listed on the main show page as if it's a different season of the show. There are a few which are just dub.
