Danganronpa 1, 2, DRAE and V3 for Steam/iOS/Android have been given updated streaming ToS by Spike, indicating that game videos cannot be shared past Chapter 1. It's not clear if this applies to existing video or is henceforth, or if this will effect English LPs/streamers.
It is not legal to stream anime on Twitch, especially original content if you don't have the license to do so from the anime studio. There are ways to do this legally with an on-screen timer, Tenami, watch parties, or reaction videos.
Twitch has stated specifically if a game “violates our Community Guidelines as it applies to hate speech, sex, nudity, gratuitous gore, or extreme violence” that it is prohibited from being streamed. What is this? Likewise, if “the official ESRB rating is Adults Only” it is also banned from being streamed on Twitch.
Twitch does not have any specific rules regarding kissing, but they do state in their community guidelines that, “Sexually suggestive content is prohibited on Twitch…Evaluations on the sexual suggestiveness of a behavior or activity…are instead based on the overall surrounding framing and context.”
You are allowed to sleep on Twitch. In February 2021 the rules for sleeping on stream changed making it once again legal for Twitch streamers to stream themselves sleeping. However, a streamer is still responsible for anything that occurs on stream and in their chat while they are asleep on stream.
Another site to watch anime together is Discord. This instant messaging platform comes with a screen share feature that allows you to share your screen. To watch anime with friends, just go live on Discord and invite your friends. Then open an anime streaming website and play your favorite anime.
Extreme Violence, Gore, and Other Obscene Conduct Content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore and violence is prohibited.
Can You Drink On Twitch? Twitch streamers are allowed to drink alcohol during their streams as long as they are of the legal drinking age in their respective county. However, Twitch specifically states that a dangerous consumption of alcohol is against their terms and conditions.
Twitch streamers can be banned for discriminatory speech, threats to harm themselves or others, and general harassment. They can also find themselves in trouble if sharing another's personal information, impersonating Twitch staff, or any speech with the intent of taking advantage of others.
To the dismay of people who hate women's breasts, there are no restrictions placed on cleavage. The new guidelines also allow situation exemptions to the policy, which include body art and breastfeeding.

Hey Y'all, today is my worst day on my life. I did an emote commission for 5 emotes... The total amount for the commission was $60, but the client didn't paid me and threatened to DoX me if I DMCA him. Now he's still using the emotes on the stream which makes me to feel so sad.
To new Twitch streamers: don't lose who you are during your streaming journey.
