When does Lootaku end?

You need to purchase the box about a month before it ships. So for example they end the subscription on Feb 28th, and only ship on March 25th. The delay is a bit annoying but their product selection and their figurine quality is pretty good.

Hey, I ordered last months "Loot Anime" crate and have a couple questions

I've never ordered from lootcrate before but decided to order 1 crate because it covered various series i like, My main questions are, How long does it generally take to ship? I live in Canada in case that changes things, Also, is there any way to remove my credit card information from the site? Anything else i should know? ty in advance

Can i have my refund

In november i subscribed to the 12 t-shirt subscription, Lootcrate was able to deliver only one (the first) of 12 the tshirts that were in the subscription. I requrested to cancel and refund, but apparently their support team doesn't care and keeps stalling, not refunding and not doing anything.

Has any received their lootfreight, with the cthulhu figure?

I believe it was the may box. I received an email June 11 that it was on its way, with no movement on the tracking number.
