According to the anime Hinata inherited her hair from her mother (who may or may not have Hyuuga blood in her). Naruto and Hinata 's daughter Himawari has dark blue hair identical to her mother's.
In the anime, Ai's hair can pass as black, while in the manga, it's dark purple (in the pilots, it's a greyish brown).
Natsuki may also qualify as having "normal" hair — it's dark blue in the anime, but the supplemental materials describe it as being black, so she most likely simply falls under "stylized black hair". On the cover of the manga's second volume, Natsuki is also shown with black hair.
