So I don't know much about photography and I'm just using my smartphone. Should I shoot RAW and just feed that into a service like Polycam or perhaps use a 'Pro' mode in the camera app. Does it even matter considering exposure and focus is even?
id love the opportunity to chat with someone about some settings. I'm trying to up my game and i have some tasks coming up that a little more information about some of the features (i.e. settings) would be super helpful.. basically I'm kinda stabbing in the dark when it comes to high res scanning
Hi guys, do you maybe know any good diy scanner projects. All the projects i could find were eather too expensive or too outdated so if you have any tips or project I could look into it would be appriciated
I do scanning for film/TV and a constant concern I hear is resolution detail. An example of something I get asked would be, “so the intricate molding around the door will that be in the geo?” I use a Faro s350 so I am sure that it should be able to record that level of detail.
I have had the following project in my mind for a while now, but I am not sure if I can accomplish it with an iphone 13 pro and an app. Let me know your thoughts-
