There was many fanservice and the characters themselves were pretty likeable too with a decent amount of character development. However as the episodes are short it's a good. Because of a plane crash… starting today, we’re spending the springtime of our lives on a desert island!! There’s nothing here, so we have to make everything!! And eat everything!! (Ugh!) Check out our high school girl survival story of courage and knowledge. We’re actually doing pretty well!
In the anime universe you can add teenage girls to any subject and make it interesting. Well, almost. Studio Ezo'la’s 2019 show uses short episodes of just twelve minutes each to tell the story of four girls “shipwrecked” onto a desert island.
The human body is more than half water, and it is no secret that if someone loses too much, they will become dehydrated and eventually perish. Losing just 1-5% of the body's water results in some serious symptoms, and losing more can result in weakness and headaches.
Today's food is highly convenient, coming from farms and orchards. Much of modern food is highly processed, or at least neatly cut and prepared in factories and the like. But in the wild, food is not so neat, and a person out there can and should eat nearly anything that is not poisonous.
It can be easy to find some plants to eat, since they must grow in the open and never try to run. But not every vegetable, fruit, or root is good to eat. A proper survivalist can tell many different plants apart, and know the difference between an improvised salad and a platter of green death.
It is vital to have a roof over your head, even if that roof is made of branches, bamboo rods, leaves, and the like. Exposure to the sun, rain, and more can greatly harm a person's health, and a person can even die of exposure. Tree branches and sticks are fine for making a shelter, and a shelter also makes camp easier to find.
This need isn't as urgent as the others, but building a functional shower in a forest really is possible. Homare assembles a tarp, ropes, and of course, fresh water to make a shower that operates with the tug of a rope.
There isn't really going to be a Red Lobster restaurant out there in the wild, but someone trying to survive by the ocean can go fishing for all kinds of edibles. This ranges from hunting fish with a spear to collecting mollusks, crabs, and any other marine life found in shallow waters.
Fire is what helped early hominids get an edge over their natural predators such as wolves, and cooking meat allowed cavemen to digest more proteins and thus enhance their brains. Today, a survivalist can use a piece of glass or even a water bottle, as Homare shows, to focus enough sunlight onto a dry piece of wood and start a fire.
