A very minor penguin character shows up for a total of 9 minutes 38 seconds' screentime. He's a very intelligent and strategic dude but watching the entire show just to get to him isn't worth it. So this one's a stretch but I included this one because the human characters are actually good.

While most of the runtime is slapstick madness centered around the titular Minori, a half-human half-penguin android who wreaks havoc around town, it's really just a metaphor for a girl coming to terms with having a little sibling. Very sweet, but the human half of Minori distracts from the penguin half. 8/Penguin.
