The World God Only Knows manga and anime series features an extensive cast of characters created by Tamiki Wakaki. The main protagonist is Keima Katsuragi, a video game player who teams up with Elsie, a Spirit Hunter Demon, to capture spirits hiding in girls at his high school, Maijima High.
Since there was too much spare space in the magazine Shonen Sunday, it just went through into the serialization as the series we know of now: The World God Only Knows . With the actual series, editing department never liked it at first.
He then tells her that he adores her and with a little push from Chihiro, they go through with their "wedding" of sorts, ending with Ayumi confessing her love for Keima and a "wedding" kiss shared by the two (which Ayumi initiates).
The series was serialized for around a year, but ended up getting canceled by the staff because the editors said it was an accidental-serialization. Something that is more saddening is that he was never able to finish the series properly.

I liked the first two seasons a bit better than Godesseses. Still Godesseses is a lot of fun to watch as the series hasn't lost all of its' humor and relatability. In summary, The World God Only Knows is a great anime. It's funny, original and relatable.
After Ayumi's goddess is empowered and the Jupiter Sisters prevail over Vintage, Chihiro returns to the festival to play with 2B Pencils; she plays the song that she wrote, a song about a lost first love, and has tearful memories of Keima. At the end of the manga, Keima confesses his love for her.
Old Conquest Arc Kanon confesses to Keima. It is shown that Kanon still loves Keima, as it is revealed that this is because she has the Goddess Apollo within her heart, causing her to regain memory of the conquest.
Nikaido is a very strict teacher at Maijima High. It is shown at the beginning that she has a great degree of dislike for Keima because he ignores her lessons and instead chooses to play his video games.
Thereafter, he became a NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and moved back to his hometown of Osaka.
Wakaki Tamiki went with the pacing that long-term serialization work tends to take for Seikesshou. It was the worst kind of approach when mangaka does not have any sort of fanbase to ignore the "slow-pacing during the start" issue. Knowing this failure of his previous work, he had to go faster this time from the start.
Keima frequently says 'Reality is garbage/sh*t'. That's what Wakaki Tamiki said all the time in his blog. (...) He frequently describes that he experienced by 'himself'. Due to his 13 years of NEET life, he experienced how 'ROTTEN REALITY IS' and how he 'DESPERATELY ESCAPED FROM IT' through gaming.
The Life of Tamiki Wakaki. Wakaki Tamiki was born in Osaka, and graduated from Kyoto University. He studied manga and submitted his first one shot in 1993 (at age 21), achieving the 'Shogakukan Comics Award' grand prize. He was at first acclaimed to be 'Rising new figure whose future 10 years are anticipated'.
Finally, Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai hits its 18th volume now, and even received two seasons of anime. He escaped from the endless cycle of NEET, and became one of the most influential mangaka in Shonen Sunday.

The series follows the exploits of Keima Katsuragi, an intelligent, otaku-like teenager who is known on the Internet as "The Capturing God" for his legendary skills to "capture" any girl in Bishōjo games, yet ironically does not like girls in real life where he is known as the Otamegane (オタメガネ), a derogatory portmanteau of the two words otaku (オタク) and megane (メガネ-"glasses"). One day, out of pride, he accidentally accepts what he assumes to be a challenge for a Bishōjo game when in reality he has accepted a contract from a bumbling demoness named Elucia de Lute Ima (also known as Elsie) who asks for his help in capturing runaway spirits from Hell who are hiding in the hearts of girls. The only way to force the spirits out of the girls hearts is by making the girls fall in love with him, much to Keima's horror. With the threat of death for both of them should he refuse, Keima has no choice but to help Elsie. Together with his intelligence and knowledge of the dating sim genre and Elsie's magical powers, Keima is about to embark on his greatest challenge.
As such she always calls Keima "Otamega". By the Mai-High Festival, Mobuko seems to be treating Keima with a little more respect due to the latter helping the cafe.
Mobuko. Though this is not her actual name, Mobuko (モブ子, Mobuko) is the name given to this character by the author, Tamiki Wakaki. Since she has appeared in the manga quite a few times, the author decided to at least give her a name. She seems to be quite hard-working and seemingly kind.
Mobuko's anime appearance (Far Left) Mobuko first appeared in the 11th Flag of the second volume of the series. This was pointed out by the author, Wakaki Tamiki, on his blog. Wakaki thought of placing Mobuko's full name as Mobuko Ikarino (怒野モブ子 Ikarino Mobuko ).
Her official last name has yet to be revealed. Mobuko's "surname", Ikarino, is possibly based on a rejected heroine character that was downgraded as a supporting character in the galge, Dōkyūsei 2, named Ikarino Botsuko (the term "botsu" in Japanese usually refers to something being "rejected" or "trashed").
Keima Katsuragi, known online as the legendary "God of Conquest," can conquer any girl's heart—in dating sim games, at least. In reality, he opts for the two-dimensional world of gaming over real life because he is an unhealthily obsessed otaku of galge games (a type of Japanese video game centered on interactions with attractive girls).
There was a limited viewing on September 25, 2010. The regular TV broadcasts started on October 7, 2010.
