Reviews

Forget you ever heard of this film. Go read the manga. No, seriously: skip…this…movie. It’s an overwhelmingly minority opinion, I know, but A Silent Voice is a slapdash, choppy, depthless summary of a remarkable, heartrending story of the despairing consequences from the most basic of our childhood stupidities: our ignorance of empathy.

Reviews

This manga did not live up to the one shot. Just read the one shot and be done with it. Granted, it's hard to live up to perfection, but still. Actually it fell way short. Koe no Katachi squandered such incredible potential that I can't help but get mad at it far more than any mediocre, or even bad, series.

Discussions

Started reading this a few days ago and it is amazing (currently on the second-to-last volume). I've never seen so many girls get slapped before outside of soaps that I totally don't watch. Females are savages. You don't even have to say something to them and you'll get slapped.
