The Wonder Bard wants you to solve a mystery riddle to find his secret instrument. He gives you 3 “Wonder Texts” which provide some clues. You can view the Wonder Texts any time from the items menu.

Report back to the Wonder Bard

All that’s left is returning the secret instrument to the quest giver in Niez, the same place where the quest started.
