Kaname Asagiri (朝霧 要, Asagiri Kaname?) is a major antagonist of Mahou Shoujo Site. He is the son of Jirou Asagiri and Momoko Asagiri and the adoptive older brother of Aya Asagiri . Kaname is a tall and attractive boy with pale skin, stylized blue hair, and glasses.

After Kaname was eavesdropping the conversation between Tsumugu and Chisaki, he walks away and she runs after him. She confesses her feelings for him and she tells him she was waiting specifically for him and that he was always in her heart, which surprises him. After Sayu confessing to him, Kaname cries in joy, because he thought no one was waiting for him after the Ofunehiki and starts to look at Sayu at her own age and gives her a chance, since she is now the same age as him. During the second Ofunehiki, Kaname saves Sayu from falling off the boat instead of following Chisaki - telling us that he is choosing Sayu over her now.
While being the mature of the group, Kaname has always felt left out.

His jealousy is shown even more in the second half of the anime, where he even claimed he was going to leave Tsumugu in the water to drown, ...
Kaname realized this first and decided to confess to Chisaki once he learned they would be going into hibernation for four years. He wished for her to know about his feelings before going into hibernation so she would know how he felt about her, which also kicked off a series of events.
This is why when Tsumugu showed up, he told Hikari not to worry because he is overthinking.
After Kaname is rejected by Chisaki and he gives up because he realizes she is in love with Tsumugu, Sayu takes a chance to confess to him. Although he cannot recuperate her feelings right away, he tells her he will think of her as a girl his age and look her way from that moment forward.
Fonte is a musical theme in Nagi-Asu: A Lull in the Sea that plays during a lot of lighthearted scenes, or ones where there is nothing really happening. Sometimes, it could be heard during the next episode preview, or sometimes it can be heard when characters are talking about nothing in particular.

However, after he discovers Youta 's dead body, he resolves to do whatever he can to clear the game, and gets rid of his hesitation of killing. He still prefers to resolve matters peacefully but will use a show of force if necessary, as shown when he threatened to slit Saigou Takeshi 's throat when the latter threatened him. Because of his decision to clear the game, he doesn't consider Darwin's Game points as money and will only use it when necessary such as for negotiations.
Kaname has great willpower, good decision making abilities, and determination, shown through his victories against Banda-kun and Shuka. The short is about modern society's relation to its past. The spirit can't function in our current world and the woman's attempts to integrate the past/spirit is damaging.
Anime that emphasizes and favors audiovisual aesthetics, artful scenes and experimental styles or formats or ideas over conventional narration and exposition.
