All in all, A Certain Scientific Accelerator is a great addition to the franchise. As mentioned before, it might be difficult for you to understand the plot of A Certain Scientific Accelerator without watching other TV series, but it will still be enjoyable, so it is up to you to decide.
The manga concluded in the September issue of Dengeki Daioh on July 27, 2020.
The chronological order is:A Certain Scientific Railgun.A Certain Scientific Railgun S.A Certain Magical Index.A Certain Scientific Accelerator.A Certain Magical Index II.A Certain Scientific Railgun T.A Certain Magical Index the Movie: The Miracle of Endymion.A Certain Magical Index III.
It helps that chronologically, Railgun starts before the events of Index , making it a perfectly accessible entry point to the Raildex franchise . It's not hard to find people who swear by Railgun , but who either haven't watched Index or think very lowly of it.
Accelerator ( 一方通行 アクセラレータ , Ippō Tsūkō (Akuserarēta)?, lit. "One-Way Road") is the 1st-ranked Level 5 and the strongest esper currently residing in Academy City. He is the second protagonist of the Science Side in the Toaru Majutsu no Index series.
Overall the accelerator anime is a 7/10 and if you're an accelerator fan you'll watch it and still enjoy it. I'm also stating that the accelerator anime opening is the best of the series. Yeah, music wise it was good but interms of visuals Roar was better and i personally consider it has best in series.
Regardless of quality, Index is still the main series. Railgun might handle certain arcs (and characters) better than Index, but the latter is more relevant when it comes to worldbuilding, plot development, and character follow-up.
Accelerator was a girl since the beginning until she got Vector Control as her ability from Kihara.
Suzushina YurikoToaru Gakuen no Index Here, Accelerator appears as Suzushina Yuriko, He is using Redirection when he accidentally bumps to Touma as he is carrying books, leading to a prolonged gag of him crashing into several objects.
According to Tree Diagram, only Accelerator can achieve Level 6. As such, it was later calculated that Accelerator can achieve Level 6 if he kills clones of Misaka Mikoto, known as Sisters, 20,000 times in battle.
After rescuing Last Order and subsequently taking a bullet to the head, Academy City’s top-ranked esper rests in the hospital. But Accelerator’s recovery is cut short when a mysterious girl carrying a photo of his little clone companion asks for help.
A certain scientific accelerator... Isn't accelerator the main (and a damn good) reason to watch this masterpiece? besides him (and his badass laugh), the animation is great, not to say masterful, the chara design is just so great and the soundtracks are really good (it depends). This sequel is a real masterpiece that everyone should watch.
Well shit... and here I thought Index was the weakest link in the Toaru franchise all this time. This edgefest certainly takes the cake. Right out of the dumpster.
Some animes are difficult to figure out where to start and what is worth watching. These Animes have a Watching Guide. I'm only adding the Season where the story begins to keep the list short and they are sorted in Alphabetical Order. I'll keep updating the list as I create/find new guides, so check it out every so often.

Esther's Huotou causes a surprise. One of DA's former supporters turns against them and hires a few cute but deadly assassins to ensure their demise.
Anti-Skill and DA's conflict escalates as Esther races to save Misaka 10046. The arrival of some troublemakers throws the situation into chaos.
Esther does her best to protect the Mikasa unit from the Scavengers and their rabbit suit. Meanwhile, Accelerator rushes across the city to her aid.
