The butler of Phantomhive household is amongst the most popular anime characters of all time. So, what’s the reason for his popularity? Sebastian Michaelis is the demon butler from “Kuroshitsuji” anime, and when it comes to his class, we can’t compare this badass with anyone.
Chitoge Kirisaki from Nisekoi is quite popular for her appearance and her personality as well. She’s friendly to those who respect her but when it comes to those who cross the line, she literally beats them up to a pulp. Just so you know, her father is a gangster.
No one hates a young man selling information as a hobby. Right? Izaya Orihara but he’s peculiar. It means that he loves to push people, finding their miserable reactions rather interesting. Moreover, Izaya is one of the most popular anime characters. But what makes him so special anyway?
This blond-haired virgin biker is loved more than any non-virgin entity in real life. Nowadays, a lot of girls like bad boys. So here’s Eikichi Onizuka for you (just kidding.) He’s a total jerk who always looks for his chance. However, this guy has a black belt in karate too. Seems interesting, no?
This cutie totally deserved a spot on this list. When it comes to the most popular anime characters of all time, a lot of people showed huge love for Holo from Ookami to Koushinryou. She’s a wolf harvest deity who helps people to guarantee them the best wheat harvest every year.
Okay, I couldn’t stop myself from adding Totoro. He’s a titular character from My Neighbor Totoro. If you haven’t watched it, you should definitely watch it. It will make your day a lot better than it’s going. Trust me!
I’m not sure, man. A lot of people have a love and hate relationship with Asuna. She is the main female protagonist of the series. As the anime revolves around a game, things got rather stressful when Asuna met the main character. Her personality changed.
Haikyuu !! is a volleyball sports anime that introduces fans to new teams each season. After Hinata joins the Karasuno High School volleyball team, viewers are constantly introduced to new teams each time Karasuno faces one in a match--from their first practice match against Aoba Johsai and their training with Nekoma, to the camp with the Fukurodani Group and their scrimmages with Date Tech.
The Fairy Tail franchise is an anime series that introduces a bunch of new characters season after season. The series begins as Lucy joins the Fairy Tail guild, goes on multiple adventures with the members, and fights many battles with them.
This is because a lot more villains get introduced due to the fact they are a part of organizations, and these organizations are pretty big. Each new character has unique visuals and personalities, making it easier for fans to recognize them.
Attack On Titan is mainly about a group known as the Survey Corps and their fight against humanoid monsters known as Titans. A vast number of the characters are fully fleshed out and have their own pasts and motivations. However, most fans are hesitant to get attached to any characters since the Attack on Titan creator is known to kill off most of them anyway.
Assassination Classroom is a series about a classroom of problematic students being taught how to assassinate their alien homeroom teacher so he doesn't one day destroy the Earth. Unlike any other school life anime, Assassination Classroom is one of the few that actually give every member of the class a name, a personality, and even a backstory. This is an impressive feat since the classroom from this anime is larger than the average school life anime.
In this series, a group of 16 talented high school students are told by a bear, called Monokuma, that in order to escape they must kill the other students without getting caught. In each season, we are introduced to a new batch of students with their own unique personalities, backstories, and crazy visuals, which makes it easier for fans to remember them.
Similar to Assassination Classroom, My Hero Academia focuses on a classroom of students and gives them their own names (and hero names), personalities, and backstories. However, My Hero Academia not only focuses on Class 1-A but also gives the spotlight to other classrooms, Pro Heroes, villains, and so on.
The world of anime is filled with all kinds of siblings: ones who love each other, ones who hate each other, and siblings who do a bit of both. By John Witiw Published Feb 11, 2021. Share.
Ryuko & Satsuki are arch-rivals and blood enemies at the start of the series. But as the series goes on, the two show mutual respect for each other and both effectively begin to serve as main characters. While Ryuko, who wants to solve her father's murder, initially appears to be the heroine, Satsuki's true colors are eventually revealed and it turns out she's not as villainous as she appears and wants to avenge the death of her father and sister.
Generally, the six brothers get along relatively well, but they do have their moments of conflict, especially Osomatsu with his younger brothers.
Allegedly, the story is inspired by Hayao Miyazaki's childhood with his three brothers, shortening the siblings to two for story reasons and changing them to sisters to make it less obvious .
This sibling pair is complicated by the fact that one-half of the siblings aren't entirely aware of their relationship, but they still show they care for each other in their own ways. The originally villainous Hiei arguably started his redemption arc by rescuing Yukina from Gonzo Tarukane, who kept her as a prisoner, although he keeps his identity a secret from her.
The two would also be revealed to have a third sworn-brother, Sabo, who Luffy even considers nicer than Ace and who even behaves as something of a mediator between the two. That said, when they were younger, both Sabo and A ce were willing to kill Luffy out of concern he'd expose their secret treasure.
For some twins, some people, including the twins themselves, get into the habit of treating them as a single entity and Hikaru and Kaoru are no exception. They even finish each other sentences. That said, joining the host club has helped them try to branch out as individuals.
