2 BULLIES FROM BECK. The three bullies from Beck are some of the greatest A-holes in anime period. They literally pick on one of the main characters and trash on his dreams because he isn't able to play the guitar, leading the whole school to not talk to him out of fear.
They literally tormented this poor girl due to her high grades and their jealousy of her. They forced her to eat worms and more that are best left unsaid. Just know that this bully gets what's coming to her and more for her horrible deeds.

Elfen-Lied has the pleasure of being the home to one of the most absolutely annoying bullies in all of anime. Tomoo is a young boy that leads a group of bullies in the orphanage found in the series that is also home to Kaede of course. In fact, Tomoo and his constant bullying is one of the things that leads Kaede to finally go off the deep end.
8 ONIMARU. Onimaru is one of the smaller villains of the series Mazinger Z. While he isn't on the level of the previous bully of the list he's still a pretty big nuisance of the series. He is a bully at Shiro Kabuto's school and his main victim is Mitsuo.

Owen, Let Me In (2010) Now , this may seem like an odd choice to include on this list because Owen never resorts to violence in Let Me In. However, a victim of bullying, he still manages to get revenge on his tormentors. It just isn’t him that personally exacts the revenge.
This movie is not as well known as others on this list. But it is still a good revenge movie and one I personally really enjoyed.
